What are Integrative Healing Sessions?

CALGRAY FINLAS-179.jpg

These sessions are exactly as they sound, Integrative—considering the individual as a whole system to optimize their unique BodyMind environment for sustained healing and wellness.

Booking these sessions are a great alternative for those unable to commit to the longer term Holistic Coaching packages as they offer an intensive and comprehensive nervous system tune-up.

I offer suggestions based on our 30-minute discovery call, but ultimately the client chooses what elements sound most nourishing for them.  For example, those struggling with injuries, pain issues, stress or energetic blocks may benefit from fascial release exercises through the practice of Mindful Somatic Movement, Therapeutic Yin Yoga or Spring Forest QiGong.  Others, feeling overwhelmed by stress, could benefit from relaxing breathwork techniques, guided meditation or a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice.  Alternatively, clients might choose to learn HeartMath techniques for improved coherence and overall system wellness.  While others may choose to have all these elements creatively woven together for a fully immersive healing session.

The Vibrational Resonance of Sound will be used to close out the session, which allows for full BodyMind integration.  The sound tools available are Five Planetary Gongs, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, Drums, Chimes, Tuning Forks and much more.
