Y12 Mission

Y12 is dedicated to healing addiction and trauma in all its forms by uniting ancient wisdom, embodied practice, modern science and community support.

Y12 Vision

We envision a world where all people have access to the wisdom, community and embodied tools needed to heal addiction at its root. A world where recovery is not just individual, but collective—where healing happens from the inside out and the outside in, restoring right relationship with ourselves, each other and the Earth.

Y12SR:
Yoga for Recovery

We connect the dots between the ancient somatic approach of yoga and the cognitive approach of recovery models, including the 12-steps, harm reduction and the latest research in neuroscience and trauma healing.

Our programs invite individuals to build capacity & resilience. Cultivating skillful mind-states for skillful actions. To practice presence; to integrate, to learn, to teach and to heal within the context of Community.

All paths of recovery welcome! This is an inclusive and trauma-informed space.

April 2026 UPDATE: the weekly Tuesday meeting that has been running since 2019 is on pause. Connect with Kristy directly if you would like to be added to a mailing list for upcoming recovery events or if you would like to have her facilitate a meeting at your treatment facility.
