Our weekly Sunday Skool class will be a creative mix of gentle movement, breath and vibrational sound resonance. Â No two classes will be the same, but all will RESeT your Mind*Body for the week ahead so you can tackle any stress that comes your way like a Spiritual GONGster.

Investment: Â $100 for all 4 Sunday's or $30/Drop-in if space allows.
