About the event
Join in community as we release the fascial armouring and tension held within our energetic highway: the Spine.
This practice will direct our focused attention towards anchoring our breath within the shapes to fully connect to the four directions of our Spine—releasing those unconscious, truncated, stressors to be able to stand tall, take up space and to been seen.
