About the event
This holistic healing event is inspired by June’s Strawberry Full Moon in Sagittarius.
The somatic movement practice is intended to create space within the various systems ruled by Sagittarius: liver, sacrum, tail bone, hip muscles, hip joint, femurs and lumbar vertebra. By targeting these meridian and fascial lines, we will clear any energetic, physical and mental roadblocks that can be getting in the way of us embodying Sagittarius’s expansive and optimistic attitude.
Sagittarius inspires us to look into the future towards our biggest goals and to set our compass towards them. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, the largest of all the planets so this is a time to take a leap of faith, shoot for the stars and to trust the unfolding. Remember: your dreams always come true, especially if you clear out all the noise to be in alignment with your most authentic, fun loving, trusting self.
This session is 90min, running from 7-8:30pm on Monday June 5th

This session includes an opening share circle, therapeutic styled yin movement practice and extended sound bath where I will be introducing the newest member of our healing Gong family: Jupiter.
