About the event

Conscious somatic breathwork and the application of vibrational resonance are two of the most powerful tools in nervous system regulation. Both actively connect oneself back to the physical body while simultaneously toning the vagus nerve for emotional regulation and improved immune functioning and health.

Immersive sound journeys also bring about a very personal and deep transformative awakening for each participant. Whether connecting one to release unconscious somatically stored memories and legacy burdens; or, to connect back to ancestors seen and unseen, there is a unique and unknowable experience waiting to be integrated.

Ancient mystics, scientists and indigenous peoples everywhere have been tapping into these effective healing tools for as long as civilization has been story telling.  As Hazrat Inayat Khat, poet and musician, has been quoted: “The knower of the mystery of sound knows the mystery of the whole universe.”  Join in community to being your journey back to the universe within.

These healing workshops will run for 2hrs allowing for opening of sacred space, educational direction around the somatic breath practice and a fully immersive experience weaving the breath with sound.  Time will be allotted for integration; individuals will have the option to be held in sacred silence while they share their experiences, intentions or insights with the group.

Time 7-9pm

Investment: $45
