About the event
Our intimate relationships often take a back seat once the business of the school season begins and everyone gets back into their regular fall time routines. These Date Night Events are a creative and healing approach to make a monthly commitment to connect back with your partner in a fully embodied and restful container.
Share a calming session that includes slowing down and cozying up with your partner while the group moves through breathwork, meditation and partner-yoga (yin inspired) followed by an extended healing Sound Bath using Planetary Gongs, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and much more...
