Come join in community as we unravel our fascial armouring through Yin yoga and breath; releasing any stagnant or blocked energy in prepareation for the final Supermoon of the year.
This session will integrate the physical practice with an extended Sound Bath incorporating the healing resonance of Four Gongs, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and much more. Make this a time to clear and reconnect to Self.
