The intention behind all my group sessions is the focused somatic attention to bottom-up processing of hidden stressors within the body that lead to BodyMind Dis-Ease.
Whether we are targeting fascial armouring and energetic blockages; or, connecting you to a deeply RESTful state during the integration phase using Vibrational Sound Resonance, these sessions are guaranteed to clear out the noise. You will leave feeling lighter and brighter to tackle the week ahead.
