Acu-Resonance Healing Sessions

Join Dr. Lexi Stiles, Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Kristy Batzer, Registered Nurse, Integrative Somatic Trauma Practitioner and Sound Therapist for truly unique and personalized integrative healing experience.

These sessions will open with grounding somatic breath and movement practice led by Kristy.  Dr. Stiles will then guide clients on an intentional soul led journaling exercise.  This will be followed by individualized energetic assessments and acupuncture treatments while Kristy resonates the vibrational healing frequency of the space using quartz crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, chimes and much more.

This powerful combination of ancient healing modalities will clear and move the body’s flow of energy and resource the nervous system back to a state of deep rest and safety. The BodyMind’s energetic balance will be restored so each participant can fully connect back into the truest version of the Self for optimized healing and intuitive heart connection.

Dates: August 16, 30th and September 14th Time: 7-9pm

Introductory Rates:

1 Session $110 or, 

Bundle all 3 sessions:  $255 (25% Discounted Rate)

(some extended health care benefits will cover these sessions—inquire on an individual basis)

Location Details:

Sessions are held at Kristy's private studio: Lighthouse Holistic Wellness Centre (address will be provided upon payment)

This space is not wheelchair assessable and clients must be able to walk down 4 steps unassisted.

Participants will be laying on their back for the session and must be able to get down onto and up from floor.
