CranioSacral Osteopathy & Vibrational Sound Therapy
CranioSacral Osteopathy (CST) was pioneered and developed by John E. Upledger after extensive scientific studies from 1975 to 1983 at Michigan State University.
CST is a gentle, hands-on approach to assessing and treating the craniosacral system, which includes the bones of the head and face; as well as, the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protects the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord).

CST is a complementary treatment that releases neurolymphatic fascial tensions deep within the body to help reduce acute/chronic pain & regulate the nervous system; thereby, improving
immune and endocrine functioning for overall BodyMind health and performance.
By supporting the body's natural and innate healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive healthcare measure for its ability to bolster an individuals resistance to dis-Ease.
